Contacting your provider during regular hours is always preferable however we know that sometimes situations occur when you need to reach your provider after hours. There is a psychiatrist on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week
For therapy patients please contact Ms. Thomsen or Dr Leigh individually with their preferred method of contact
If it is a true emergency please call 911 or visit your local emergency room

While we do our best to stay on time, there are unexpected delays that occur. Please plan on at least 1 hour for your visit
If for some reason you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment please kindly give 24 hours notice to avoid any additional charges * please note insurance does not pay for late cancellations or missed appointments
Payment is due at time of service
It is the client’s responsibility to check if your insurance requires pre-authorization for mental health services
It is the client’s responsibility to notify us of any changes with your insurance
Clients may be dismissed if there are excessive cancellations or no shows
Controlled substances can only be sent electronically by a provider during business hours and will not be filled on weekends by the on-call doctor
We do offer text and phone reminder messages 48-72 hours prior to an appointment as a courtesy however it is still the client’s responsibility to keep track of their appointment date so keep your phone updated with us
